      August 25, 2005: i wish I this book was written before I bought my first property. I learned some things about buying my homes by trial and error, but this book really informs the reader as to what to do, look out for, and plan for in the purchase of a new home. I highly recommend this book to anyone even the least bit interested in buying property. Its worth much more than the asking price.

      August 24, 2005: This book is so informative. It goes over everything from getting a loan to the buying process, escrow, title, closing, move out timeline, & tax benefit. My wife & I are first time home buyer & this book made us feel really comfortable & ready to buy our 1st home. And best of all we can get a rebate back which will help us greatly w/ our closing cost. I am recommending this book to all of my friends.
