May 17, 2009: This book is aimed at Nurses in a Masters level program who want to teach others how to be nurses. It explores some learning theory and methods of teaching people from diverse backgrounds.

Putting the theory into practice is necessary before putting fully rating the book. However, the theory seems applicable.

December 21, 2005: This book is not even handed. It takes the positon that to be an ethical nurse one must believe in worldwide UN control of healthcare and transfer of wealth. It is full of fuzzy feelings about your 'relationship' with your patient and how when your patient moves on it is like a divorce!! It is full of this babble nonsense. I cant believe I had to pay money for this garbage.
