Habit 4: Think Win/Win is about "ensuring that all agreements or solutions are mutually beneficial, mutually satisfying." Dr. Stephen R. Covey leads listeners through an exploration of six different paradigms (patterns of thoughts and behavior) and reveals the win/win paradigm that will create a "higher way" toward meaningful-and mutual-successes.
"Win/Win is based on the paradigm that there is plenty for everybody, that one person's success in not achieved at the expense or exclusion of the success of others."
In this in-depth exploration of Habit 4, you will hear Dr. Covey explain why Win/Win is the only real alternative in interdependent realities. Including discussions of character, integrity, and maturity, Dr. Covey also teaches listeners how to create an "abundance mentality" so that they can "take personal joy, satisfaction, and fulfillment and turn it outward, appreciating the uniqueness, the inner direction, the proactive nature of others."
"If we search deeply enough within ourselves-beyond the scripting, beyond the learned attitudes and behaviors-the real validation of Win/Win, as well as every other correct principle, is in our own lives."
This is not pop psychology or simply a trendy catch phrase. Rather, Dr. Covey helps the listener examine the character attributes that lead to behaviors. By living with honesty, integrity, kindness, and other time-tested principles, listeners find the real keys to changing unwanted behaviors.
Stephen R. Covey rocked the self-improvement market with his blockbuster guide, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People -- a hit with both business and personal growth audiences that continues to be a top seller nearly 15 years after its first publication.

February 23, 2009: The lecture series should be listened to completely. The habits all build one upon the other, therefore they should all be in your library. As with any of the Stephen Covey books or series, they all are outstanding. A must for anyone wanting to benifit from a logical means of improving themselves.
