Synopsis

We have a clear command from Scripture to take care of the poor within our circle of influence. This book presents the many principles found in Scripture to guide this process and even to qualify who the poor are. This book is multi-faceted and can be used by churches as a reference book to establish or improve their benevolent ministries and to help prevent being scammed; used by individuals to assess how they should address benevolent needs within their own family circle; and used by individuals and groups in the study of benevolence and financial counseling principles.
