    Synopsis

Ever wonder what green eggs and ham really taste like? They're yummy. And now everyone can whip up a batch for themselves using this fabulous cookbook. Filled with simple, scrumptious, wacky recipes for such foods as Cat in the Hat Pudding and Moose Juice and Schlopp, this unique cookbook will have the whole family hamming it up in the kitchen.  Each recipe is accompanied by the original verse that inspired it, and the pages are laminated to protect against getting splatters of Sneetch Salad, Oobleck, and Solla Sollew Stew.

    Publishers Weekly

Spiral-bound inside with a paper-over-board covering, and crammed with kooky concoctions, kids will be scarfing down The Cat in the Hat's Blueberry Bumplings (aka scones) and Kartoom Croquettes (a chicken-and-peanut mixture shaped into logs) from If I Ran the Zoo. November 02, 2006: Having grown up on a steady diet of Dr. Seuss, I must say that this cookbook is the perfect icing on the cake! I look forward to trying out the recipes with my children, themselves Dr. Seuss fans. My only comment is, I wish there had been even more recipes!
