March 09, 2009: I purchased this book after getting "Joy of Cooking" and I actually enjoyed this one more. The recipes have been fantastic so far. Every chicken dish that I've made has been utterly delicious and their "Italian" twist on the meatloaf turned out to be the best meatloaf I've ever cooked. I'm thrilled with this book and will probably get it for my daughter and my daughter-in -law for Christmas!
