May 06, 2009: My husband has just been diagnosed with a wheat allergy, so I am just learning to cook gluten-free. I have made three of the recipes so far, and he has enjoyed each of them. They are relatively simple recipes and not too time consuming. The ingredients are not too hard to find...I live in a rural area, so a couple of them had to be purchased from a larger nearby city. I would recommend this book to someone looking for some basic gluten-free recipes.
