This book is divided into 10 chapters: Get Started, Stop Being a Student and Start Being a Professional, Figure Out What You Want...and What You Don't, Talk, Listen, Repeat (Network), Gain Real World Experience, Give Yourself an Edge, Market Yourself on Paper, Find Opportunities, Over-prepare for Interviews, and Before You Head Off into the Real World. Each chapter has a few tips. Some of the tips have a useful 'Make This Work for You' or a 'Extra Credit' or a 'Reality Check' or 'Proof It's Possible' section. You do not have to read the tips in a particular order. You can look through the Table of Content and jump right into the tips that you find most useful. November 26, 2007: Whether you're still in college just starting your search,or have recently graduated this book will help kickstart you into the real world. The only thing is, you have to keep working at it. Reading the book can only take you so far. The tips, the checklists and the real world examples throughout the book are so helpful and have kept me motivated. Best of all, unlike some self help guides that are dry and boring, this book keeps the language light and up to date, which makes it very enjoyable to read. With activites to do, some that your parents know of and others that are new to the market, you can't go wrong.
