Biography

Bernard Rosner is Professor in the Department of Medicine, Harvard Medical School, and the Department of Biostatistics at the Harvard School of Public Health. Dr. Rosner's research activities currently include longitudinal data analysis, analysis of clustered continuous, binary and ordinal data, methods for the adjustment of regression models for measurement error, and modeling of cancer incidence data.

June 29, 2009: I really like this book. Honestly you could probably teach yourself how to do statistics without a class. It is very well explained, and the practice problems are great to help understand the concepts even better. I havn't used the CD yet, but I will once I begin studying for my exam.

October 25, 2008: This book can be difficult to follow, and very wordy. Not the easiest book to learn from.
