February 02, 2009: What a thoroughly delightful book. Daisy Karam-Read has truly captured the Mississippi culture... graciousness, language, warmth of spirit, amazing Southern people. This book reminds me of all the reasons I love to go HOME.

July 12, 2008: I am from NY and was wowed by this savvy, spirited, city gal as she discovered and celebrated Mississippi and the South in all of its charms. I really could relate and loved the discovery process. Daisy Karam-Reed took me on a great ride...in great style. In this book 'Miss Daisy' is doing the 'Driving'!
