Wanting to return this kindness to his pals, Franklin invents a new holiday the next day that can easily be celebrated anytime of the year. He makes and hands out cards for Friendship Day. A cornerstone to many "Franklin" books is a subtle, important lesson about the kindness and understanding of friends. This is no exception.
