Features:The immediate, standout feature is the useful organization of this book. Each chapter begins with key points that readers should learn and understand by chapter's end. There are clear subsections throughout the chapter for the main content and sections that address supplemental areas, such as providing case examples or sample assessment instruments. Each chapter ends with summary points and review questions. The book covers a broad range of topics in sport psychology from group processes to improving performance to the psychological growth of children in athletics.
