    and actually able to have a life....even tho I haven't been able to

    do everything suggested...I'm seeing real results.

    June 23, 2009: I enjoyed the recipes, but much of the information provided in the beginning is very basic. Some of it is out-of-date- I follow the latest research on fibromyalgia. Good illustrations for the recipes, but many are not usable, if you're following an elimination diet.
