June 18, 2009: In my opinion, the only good thing about Fodor's books are the maps. I prefer Not for Tourists and Time Out Guides. Not for Tourists in particular will give you valuable information like where banks are, where you can park for free, etc. Fodor's are predictable guides and will take you to predictable sites, and you're going to spend a lot of money doing it. When you can't find NFT or Time out, use Lonely Planet.
I Also Recommend: Lonely Planet.

March 30, 2009: Very useful for preparing our visit to 4 of the Hawaiian Islands. Learned what we missed or didn't have time for so will be better prepared for next visit.
