They have great fun together flying through the sky in the dark of night and spending their time talking with one another, but they both know that if their secret gets out it could endanger Twilight. It is not until one of Lauren's best friends, Jessica, is faced with the distressful life changing situation of the re-marriage of her father and the addition of a step-sister to her family that some of Twilight's previously undiscovered powers become needed. After Jessica runs away, Lauren and Twilight decide to take a chance and reveal the unicorn and his powers to Jessica in order to help her cope with her problems and to show her how much she is loved. This lighthearted chapter book is part of the "My Secret Unicorn" series and will appeal to young girls who love horses and dream of unicorns.
