October 26, 2009: Not worth the money. Very disappointing. Would not recommend. It might be good for a beginner cook.

October 26, 2009: I loved the Flat Belly Diet book, but the Flat Belly Cookbook not so much. The recipes are not as user friendly as the recipes in the Diet book. I don't think this was made for anyone who has to cook for a family with children. Many of the flavor combinations just seem weird. I was looking for a cookbook that would take some of the old stand-bys and make them MUFA friendly. Most of the ingredients in this book are not something I would keep in the pantry or freezer so it seems labor intensive. The meals in this whole series also seems either extremely fast (grab and go)or they are a search for weird, expensive specialty ingredients and then starting from scratch. I was hoping for a middle ground and this is not it.
