July 18, 2009: Here's THE book every would-be real estate professional MUST read! While it's contents may seem daunting, the fact is the book contains the first (and only) honest portrayal I've ever seen of what it takes to enter the real estate industry with the intent of making it a career.

If the scout motto is "be prepared," then Mr. Myers' book constitutes the operative motto for the incoming real estate agent. He writes, in a succinct style, so there is no mistaking his message.

I just wish I had had such guidance years ago when I entered the real estate industry. I would have been much better prepared, and would have worked more efficiently ... and more economically.
