March 16, 2009: I purchased this book for my 12 month old daughter. I thought it would help me think of more meals to give her and help me keep track of what she was eating. This book would be better suited for a younger baby. Half of the book talked about baby food and first foods. My daughter was already past that phase, so it wasn't helpful. I would recommend it for someone with a young baby, but not an older one.
