September 21, 2005: When someone has a medical condition, it?s sometimes hard to find books that can really help. I think Fibromyalgia for Dummies is a great book. It covers many topics, such as who it affects, the importance of sleep, possible causes and how to deal with fibromyalgia. The very first page in the book is called a ?Cheat Sheet? and it has a lot of important information right there. It gives a little summary of what?s found in the book. One of the best parts about this book is that it is very easy to understand. There are also little symbols on the pages to point out important details, such as ?Tips? and ?Warnings.? This book also helps the reader to tell the difference between fibromyalgia and other possible medical conditions. Fibromyalgia for Dummies is full of helpful information for those who have it. I would definitely recommend it.
