Biography

Known around the world for his string of smash-hit spy thrillers touched off by 1978’s Eye of the Needle, Ken Follett’s taut tales -- spiked with more than a dash of sex appeal -- have earned this author (and sometime blues guitarist) a reputation as a master of international intrigue.

November 28, 2005: Though the begining lagged a bit, once you got into the book, it was mezmorizing from start to finish. The backdrop of WWII only intensified the plot and characters and left you wanting to read more.

June 07, 2005: This was my third Ken Follet book, and it held par with the others I've read; Code to Zero and Hornet Flight. Follett is very good at providing you with a compelling story that keeps you turning pages without bogging down into overwhelming detail. If you are used to authors such as Tom Clancy, Steven King, or Robert Ludlum, then you will probably find Follett to be a bit bland. If you are looking for a easy quick read, however, Follet will keep you turning pages.
