January 13, 2008: Being that I am a young adult and in the ?men?s? category, a friend of mine?s mom suggested that I purchase it and read it for some insight. Not having a terribly difficult time keeping my sexual integrity, I began to read it for some helpful tips. Little did I know that I was way out of my league: this book is not in any way for youth. It is geared towards married men?or single men? involved with the struggle to control their sexual urges. There is explicit language used to describe the struggles of men in their fight for purity, but it is not alarming and not offensive. The techniques used to help men combat their feelings are very powerful and effective. There are three specific divisions of helped explained and offered in the last three parts of the book with advice on how to control one?s eyes, mind, and heart. I would strongly recommend this book to any man hoping to deepen his marriage?s meaning, as well as his faith in God.

December 13, 2006: This book proved enormously helpful in my life long struggle with my desire for sex with other men. Using many of the techniques outlined in the book I have managed to limit my experiences with other men, while maintaing and celebrating a healthy realtionship to my own desire
