This CD set of 2 contains all that is necessary for success for our planet, any person, any business. Its focus is on overcoming the ancient root of human self-destruction, simply seen as the illusory stress of over-thinking which posesses and enslaves our over-active brain, could be the insight of our age. Here is how to reset within seconds to clear perception of the wonders of living and feeling in the now. In just a few years this little CD may turn out to have been prophetic. Where else can you slip a piece of plastic into your car CD player and get a method of instant relief from the tyranny of thoughts which could even effect your driving safety? Here's a simple description from an enlightened writer of how we can individually live our moment of peace AT ANY MOMENT. I've listened to these CD's over 20 times since receiving them a month ago. So much wonderful information! Each time I listen, new things come to my attention. If you love Eckhart's book, "The Power of Now", this is a GREAT addition!

Eckhart Tolle was born in Germany in 1948. He spent his teenage years living with his father in Spain, then moved in his early 20s to England where he attended the Universities of London and Cambridge. Following a period of intense personal crisis, he underwent a profound spiritual awakening at the age of 29. He embarked on a long, transformative inner journey that effectively dissolved his old identity and changed the course of his life. Today he is recognized as a great spiritual counselor and an author of inspirational self-help guides. He remains unaffiliated with any organized religion or specific philosophical tradition.

In his first book, The Power of Now (1999), Tolle stressed the importance of living, fully present, in the moment.
