Synopsis

In this guide to the popular cognitive assessment tool, Flanagan (psychology, St. John's U.), Kaufman (psychology, Yale U. School of Medicine) and contributors describe its use with children ages six to 16, including instructions on administering, scoring, and interpreting it. They discuss steps to take in administering the test to children who are learning or physically disabled and/or gifted, as well as to culturally/linguistically diverse populations. Appendices include data to use in assessment. Annotation ©2004 Book News, Inc., Portland, OR
