March 02, 2009: Loved it.Information was up-to-date and had beautiful illustrations. I've been bodybuilding for a while but it included info on stuff I hadn't thought about before. I also have arnold's encylopedia which is great from the historical perspective but I have found this more useful.

February 17, 2009: I've purchased many books on bodybuilding throughout the years. If I had to choose just one book to keep it would be this one. It covers a wide range of topics and the photography is motivational. The workout programs included are comprehensive. Though myself a natural bodybuilder, there is not one facet of the sport which is not examined. This includes the use of supplements and pharmaceuticals (which realistically play a major part especially at pro levels.)
