It could give you the information you need to either look for more books or get started on your emergency food or survival food or both.I Also Recommend: Survive!.

March 21, 2008: I love this book. I have read other books on Food Storage and they are good but this rates up there as one of my favorites. Peggy Layton does a good job and is not confusing at all. The book has a lot of information including charts that I actually use and is well organized and is worth the money and more.
