Specialists on psychological trauma offer the best practices for treating post-trauma stress disorder, synthesizing a vast body of literature into a cohesive and practical framework for clinicians and researchers. They evaluate the efficacy of established and emerging approaches for treating adults, adolescents, and children, and highlight crucial questions that remain unanswered. They also provide criteria by which to choose which treatment to use. Annotation c. Book News, Inc., Portland, OR (booknews.com)
