      June 12, 2009: I own several EatingWell cookbooks. This is the one I go to first especially when I need a meal on the table fast. The recipes are easy to follow and the tips are helpful & informative.

      March 09, 2007: We've been cooking from this book for a couple of months and haven't 'not liked' anything we've tried yet! Everything is quick and easy and best of all full of flavor! Just be prepared to make a detailed shopping list before you go to the grocery as the recipes use fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables. Great cookbook.....meal time is no longer the same boring old rut!
