April 06, 2009: This book was interesting. However, I felt that it was too weighed down with information from past studies. It was littered with too many references to research studies regarding breastfeeding. This made it somewhat boring at times. I found myself skimming through many paragraphs to keep from falling asleep. Once I got through alot of that, the actual "meat" of the book is good. It really lays out a nice plan to lose weight in a healthy way while breastfeeding. It did open my eyes to the many options to keep nutritious diet while breastfeeding.
