November 15, 2009: This is a great guide to use for eating out at restaurants as well as being one the "best of the worst" listings for helping to understand how to modify your eating. I find this is a very useful tool for increasing my knowledge about avoiding the pitfalls of eating out. I strongly recommend its companion guide, Eat This Not That Supermarket Survival Guide. This is a must have for finding the best nutritional values during your grocery shopping.

A book for those travelers and students who need "good food guidance"by HelenaH

October 05, 2009: If you live in a large city and have access to farmer's market and whole food stores, this book is probably not for you. However, if like the majority of people you live in a small town or a suburb, this book gives excellent guidance for those "fast food foods" to eat and those to avoid. It would probably be especially useful for parents with children who just HAVE to go to Mickey D's, those who are on the road a lot and have to deal with "travel food," and those students (and others) who would just like an easy, healthy night out once in a while.
