October 04, 2009: I have no kids, but I eat like one, I'm an eternal child I suppose, so I bought this for me and I loved it some of the things that you would think is healthy and good for you, really is fat and sugar in disguise. The whole collection is a must have!

June 13, 2009: I have purchased all of the Eat This Not That books, and they are not only very informative, but incredibly useful and easy to apply to real life. It's not a "diet book", but rather simple suggestions to help you make healthier choices to foods you already eat, or restaurants you already patronize. Want to eat at McDonalds? These books don't steer you away from doing so, but they give you the low down on what you should and shouldn't eat when you get there. I can't say that I have employed the ideas in this book for my child just yet, since he is still an infant, but when we do start giving him "regular" food, this will definitely help guide his menu.
