    November 17, 2009: I received this book as a gift and it has been a truly life changing book. I am 27 active and I eat healthy well I thought I did. No matter what I did I stayed exhausted and just felt sluggish 24/7. Eat right 4 your type has given me the tools and information I needed to make food work right for me. I feel energized and truly healthier now. Everyone should own this book...and know their blood type of course

    September 26, 2009: I found Eating for Your Blood Type, very helpful. After reading the section on my blood type I altered my eating and foods and My stomach felt much better. I now eat a mostly vegetarian diet .everytime I ate Beef and Pork my tummy was not happy. Now I know why.

    The first chapter was very , very interesting.on how things revolve.

    I reccomend this for any one Just interested in the foods you should eat if you are having issues.
