Join Dora and Boots as they go on exciting adventures before they go to sleep! Preschoolers will love this bedtime book with soft cover that includes two favorite stories:
Good Night, Dora!
Dora's Bedtime Wishes
This large format board book combines two previously released booksGood Night, Dora! by Beinstein and Roper and Dora's Bedtime Wishes by Ricci and Hall. In the first story, Dora and her friends look for the evening star to make their wishes. We learn that Dora hopes for a sunny day; Boots wants a bunch of bananas; Tico would like some nuts; and Benny wants a new Teddy bear. The real question is, what does the little star wish for?a good night's sleep for everyone. In Dora's Bedtime Wishes there are lots of Spanish words interspersed in the text and kids will learn the names of a variety of familiar animals from pollos (chickens), abejas (bees), ratones (mice) to ranas (frogs). As with all of the Dora books, there is usually a lesson or pleasant message to help kids learn the proper way to behave. Furthermore, young kids have an opportunity to learn a smattering of Spanish along with the English text. 2006, Simon Spotlight/Simon & Schuster, Ages 3 to 6.

April 14, 2009: My 4 year old son just loves Dora. This is a great book that he enjoys having it read to him over and over. He also likes to tell the story based on the pictures. I had my great-niece for an overnighter and she also loved the book.
