      Synopsis

In America's courtooms, the verdict is laughter.

      Publishers Weekly

Misstatements from the courtroom--legalese marred by malapropisms, slips of the tongue, eccentric interpretations and profanities--are gleefully quoted in this compilation. (July)

August 04, 2004: As a Legal Assistant, I am exposed to the many factes of Law. When this book came across my desk, I could not help but read and keep reading. It speaks and characterizes the courts etc to a tee...superb writing and depth into the more humerous side of the American Justice System. Not to be taken as insult to those lawyers and paralegals and even the assistants..merely a whole new aspect of how we view the system in times of disaray...
