May 09, 2008: I love this book! I first found it in the public library... randomly found it and checked it out. I'm glad I did... it explains how changing to a healthy lifestyle includes cleaning out your body first instead of putting good foods into a trashed body then eating healty. She explains that you don't have to detox and then automatically jump on eating healthy and exercising at once, that you can detox and start to eat healthy and be easy on the exercise until your comfortable. She also clears up everything about the wide industry of Diet Pills! She tells all the ones that are great and what they will do, the benefits of them all.
