    August 30, 2002: This is the best cookbook for milk allergies I have ever run across. The dessert recipes are especially phenomenal: custards, puddings, mousses! I make them for my friends who don't have milk allergies like I do and they think I'm trying out some new gormet recipe. If you can't tolerate milk products like me this book is a godsend. You can start eating great-tasting "normal" food again.
