    Biography

Gail Wagman was born and grew up in Washington, D.C. but has lived in the South of France for most of her adult life. She opened a restaurant with her husband in a medieval village some 20 years ago called Le Micocoulier which became one of the most popular restaurants in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. It was famous for its fusion cooking and its wide variety of homemade desserts, Gail's specialty. She has co-authored a book for MQ Publications, Far Out, and continues to indulge her passion for baking and chocolate while working as teacher.
