September 02, 2003: I really liked this book. The knowledge of Garfield in the subject of dreaming is extensive and is proven in this book. She gives indepth information on various cultures throughout the world in which dreaming is an integral part within the culture. I especially liked to part on how the Yogi's are able to achieve the lucid state so easily. She shows how we can use the methods of other cultures to influence our dreams to our desires.
