    October 20, 2007: I just finished the book and I must say it was one of the best books I ever read! I have seen Sylvia on montel. Then when I knew she wrote this book I HAD to have it. Once I started reading it I didn't want to put it down because she explains everything in detail. How she got to know her spirit guide and teaches you lesson on how to meditate so you can communicate with your guide as well! I loved the fact that the book was short and the chapters were short. Why? Because when it is a huge thick book people tend to not get to the point. With this book it's short and sweet and to the point!

    May 24, 2007: This is by far the worst book of hers that I have read so far. It spends about 2-3 pages talking about how to contact your 'guide', which is just meditation, and the rest is all restatement of other books. Not only that, but it doesn't differentiate between actually hearing your guide or hearing voices created by your own mind. Apparently someone who hears voices a lot seems to have a lot of spirit guides. That ringing in your ear is supposed your guide talking to you? Please. This book is a waste of space.
