I am using this book and almost half through. It is written in an easy to read manner. Easy to read and covers the objectives. Todd L. gives you the facts and additional information. This is written to not be a dry book. So if you are just looking for the techinical stuff then this is not for you. If you really want to learn what you are studying then this book is for you.

This book IS not really good, it is "TO CHATTY" hE THROWS STATEMENTS LIKE, "IF YOU DO THIS THAN YOUR RIGHT". The book attempts to be funny, it is not making an attemt to be serous and to educate the reader, and the format is not to clear, for example there is a chapter that talks about DoD model and ports in the general chapter it list the all the ports, but yet in the summary of...

I ordered this book but was sent the A+ book instead and can't find any information on how to return it for the right one. Very disappointed that I spend so much money for the WRONG book.
