    Synopsis

The perennial bestselling Color Index by Jim Krause has been revised and made even better! Color Index, Revised Edition provides more than 1,100 color combinations and formulas that, like the previous edition, are proven to help designers, artists and crafters make effective color choices in their work, both print and Web. RGB values have been updated along with some of the more technical information in the book to keep up with industry standards. Plus, now the color palettes in the Adobe Swatch Exchange format for CS2 through CS4 can be imported directly into Adobe programs including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Exploring and experimenting with colors in fresh, exciting ways has never been easier.

July 05, 2002: This book is a godsend for any graphic designer who isn't great with color combo's on your own. It has ton's of combos AND a web-safe section AND a logo section that is really really great.
