I bought the book about 1/2 way through my College Algebra class. There are some helpful sections, but didn't have several key things. For example, nothing on Matrices, nothing on the Binomial Theorem.

This is the best resource I have found yet for self paced learning and review. It teaches by example. I find that if I work through the practice and examples, the chapter tests are easy. I tested myself further, using other tests at testprepreview etc, and I got 90% of the questions right. I am convinced this book works.

This is an excellent book! I have looked all many library books, and none of them could make sense for me. I got this book, and its the first book I could ever understand! It taught me different ways to figure out problems I never looked while taking math before. I find math fun now!
