    June 12, 2006: Read this book, in it's entirety, before judging it. You cannot read just the chapter that applies to your coaching situation, since the author is really presenting a program, not a quick fix. You will get the blow-by-blow of example counseling sessions and finish the book, confident that you too can do this.
