      Synopsis

The skeptics have had their say; now listen to the experts. In hundreds of interviews with children who had once been declared clinically dead, Dr. Morse found that children too young to have absorbed our adult views and ideas of death, share first-hand accounts of out-of-body travel, telepathic communication and encounters with dead friends and relatives. Finally illuminating what it is like to die, here is proof that there is that elusive "something" that survives "bodily death."
"New information on what may await us after death...Responsible, highly readable, and certainly thought-provoking."

February 06, 2009: Multi-dimensional experiences are trying to tell us that we are more than the limited forms we see in this world. As I struggled to make sense of my own "alternate" experiences, I read Melvin's Morse's wonderful "Closer to the Light." I read everything I could find that could ground me in the "scientific" aspects of the other realms. If you are reading these reviews, you might be trying to make sense of your own NDE, or the In Between, or the Unknown... or whatever you want to call it. So if you want a book that seeks to scientifically analyze what was reported and observed from the "In Between," by children who died and came back, then this is a great book to read. The writing is clear, and concise and the research powerful and convincing. I recommend this book highly. Also, check out Stephanie Riseley's LOVE FROM BOTH SIDES for a very telling encounter between husband-and-wife after the husband died. We all do communicate from the soul!

December 28, 2008: I'm a writer and working hypnotherapist, and as I struggled to make sense of my own "alternate" experiences and write my book, "Love From Both Sides," I read Melvin's Morse's wonderful "Closer to the Light." I read everthing I could find that could ground me in the "scientific" aspects of the other realms. If you are reading these reviews, you might be trying to make sense your own NDE, or the In Between, or the Unknown... or whatever you want to call it. So if you want a book that seeks to scientifically analyze and report on what was reported and observed from the "In Between," this is a great book to read. The writing is clear, and concise and the research convencing. I recommend this book highly.
