      James Montgomery Boice (1938-1999) was for many years pastor of the historic Tenth Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and a familiar voice heard throughout the world on The Bible Study Hour broadcast. He wrote more than thirty books on the Bible and related subjects.
