March 23, 2009: Mack and Radio offer a fantastic approach to help ensure that organizational change efforts are successful. Their approach, by drawing on the core values of employees, highlights the importance of taking a positive, strength-oriented perspective to motivate employees. The book is written in an engaging, easy-to-understand format and is a must read for managers who want to improve employee buy-in and success when implementing an organizational change. As a management professor, I am excited to use this book in class when talking to MBA students about how to get the most out of their employees!

March 16, 2009: This is a MUST read for anyone involved in change efforts--either as participants in as well as those leading change initiatives.
As someone who has lead as well as participated in numerous change efforts - in the private sector, the federal government as well as an entrepreneur, I wish I had this available to me earlier in my career.The book is easy to read, provides a clear actionable process, and contains numerous very rich examples of how others have benefited by this revolutionary approach in successfully implementing change efforts.
