    October 06, 2009: Mike Lawler's book "Careers In Technical Theatre" is an excellent guide for anyone who thinks they want to pursue work in this field. Through interviews with working technicians in the business, Mr. Lawler builds a solid model of what the novice can expect if they choose a career in this business. As one of the featured technicians in the book, I recommend this book for answers to the fundamental questions that people have about a career in Technical Theatre.
