December 23, 2002: Many days and nights I sat with little energy and read and reread chapters from this wonderful book. I have loaned or given copies to friends throughout the years who have been diagnosed with or have been care givers to cancer patients It's written in simple, short chapters which helped me because concentrating for any length of time was difficult. It was a blessing. It's not complicated. It's easy reading and it is so helpful. Please read this book. By the way, I'm cancer free!!
