November 11, 2009: In August I started a diet. With the help of this book I have lost 35 pounds in 3 months! I love that it has calories listed for EVERYTHING. It makes keeping a food journal so easy and is very helpful. One of my favorite features is that if I am out with my husband or friends and they want to grab something fast to eat, I can consult the book and decide what the best choice at most of the restaurants we visit will be. I completely recomend this book for everyone.

October 05, 2009: Easy way to find carb counts on restaurant food. I was able to decide
what I could eat and what I could not without stressing. I used thisbook prior to going to the restaurant to determine what I could enjoywithout getting uptight when the menu was placed in front of me.
