The Gospel isn't just accepting Jesus into your heart; it's also following Him with your life. Sadly, many people have adopted a concept of discipleship that asks little of them. Jesus calls us to live lives larger than ourselves. This revolutionary book reveals the depth of your calling and provides practical steps for how to truly become who you were born to be.

This book achieves the goal of being both entertaining and practical. The author's style is very conversational and relaxed, which makes the book an easy read. Yet, at the same time, Kary Oberbrunner outlines a clear path on how to continually improve as a follower of Christ.
The four legs of discipleship - Knowing, Being, Doing, Reproducing - are clearly explained, and Kary provides a straightforward guide on how to continually improve in these four areas. This book is a must-read for anyone who wishes to improve his or her walk with Christ and truly grow as one of His disciples.

April 07, 2007: God will truly bless the minds and hearts of all who will read this book. Having known Kary Oberbrunner since his college days, I can attest to the fact that this is a young man who lives what he writes. His personal passion to become all that God has called him to be is exciting and contagious. Kary's closing comments from the book reflect his personal passion for Christ and His Church: 'We need to recognize our role in God's grand plan. If we fail to see the main plot [Matthew 28: 19, 20], then we will fail to understand our role. I am humbled to know I am part of a much larger story. I am humbled that God has commissioned me to reproduce His seed within the hearts of others.' Thanks, Kary. This book will plant many seeds that will bear fruit for the glory of God.
