November 06, 2008: Nate Green lays out the perfect blueprint for not only how to get built for the ladies but also how to present it to them. I was lucky enough to obtain an advance copy and I am glad I did. With the humorous tone and clever lines it was hard to put this book down until it was finished. Throw away all your muscle magazines, cancel your subscriptions and get built with this book. Nate does a great job explaining how to incorporate training and nutrition into a young man?s busy life. The workouts couldn?t be better and exercise selection is top notch. I am twenty three years old and in the fitness industry and I can assure you the following the program laid out in this book will definitely give you the results you are looking for. Not to mention, not only will you notice the most attractive girls when you walk into a room, they will now notice you.
